Sessions explained - Quick Version
My aim is to be someone you can talk with, who won’t tell you what to do, or judge you for the things you say.
I will keep what you tell me confidential, as long as there isn’t a serious risk of harm to you or others.
When And How Many?
Fridays in the morning or early afternoon
Every week at the same time
Usually face to face
You can keep coming for as many sessions as you want - there is no right or wrong number of sessions
As long as you let me know 24hrs in advance there is no charge for a missed session
Each session is £45
Each session is 50 minutes long
What Will I Have To Do?
Use your time with me to talk as little or as much as you want to
Talk about whatever you feel the need to talk about
You do not need to have a clear idea about what you want to say
There is no homework
What Happens Before We Start?
You will need to provide me with your contact details, emergency contact details, and your GP details in case of emergencies.
I will share some more details about how to get to the session
I will share a contract with you - it’s not full of small print but is an agreement between us about how we will work together.
We will agree a first session date and time
